Join our dynamic outpatient team at *STARS **Boise *Physical Therapy Clinic, located near Saint Alphonsus Hospital. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide personalized care and rehabilitation to a diverse patient population, promoting independence and enhancing functional abilities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to meet rehabilitation goals.
* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
* Educate patients and families on treatment strategies for independence.
* Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Current Physical Therapy licensure in Idaho.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network).
* Outpatient experience preferred.
